Italian cuisine has developed over the centuries and is characterized by its simplicity.
We use mainly Italian products. Fresh vegetables and meat arrive daily from the market.
Our tapas menu is seasonal and focuses on quality rather than quantity. It is representative of original recipes cooked in a modern way.
Italian cuisine is noted for its local diversity, abundance of difference in taste. We run a monthly social night inspired from a different region called -The Gastronomic Tour- of Italy.
Here is a small sample of our daily menu. Each day we have a choice of ten main dishes which includes the freshest of seasonal specials.

After years living in London, we found this little place where we felt at home. We rolled our shirt sleeves up and started refurbishing the old café into a quirky and unpretentious but warm restaurant. The Garden takes its name after the patio we have in the backyard.
We wanted to bring to our new home a place where you could hang out and relax with family and friends, where you could eat good quality affordable food, just like we used to at home in Lecco in Italy.
We are situated on Knight’s Hill opposite Rosebery’s Fine Art Auction House in West Norwood, a leafy and vibrant area in South London. We are proud supportes of local businesses and organisations such as the South London Theatre, the Good Drinker and Feast.
